The municipality is situated on the south foothills of the Spitzerberg and it is famous for its red wine Spitzerberger "Blaufränkisch". Outside the village on the romantic old Kellergasse (also with the Museum of Wines) there are year-long opened little rustic pubs, where unexceptionable wines are offered. Both cadastral municipalities Deutsch-Haslau and Schönabrunn offer rest and relaxation in beautiful area near the woods of the river Leitha. The modern solar-heated pool is available for all visitors. In modern cultural center there is offered interesting and various program during the whole year.
