Liptovský Ján, map 122 Nízke Tatry - Chopok

From Liptovský Ján we move up by downhill course to Rakytnica. Green marked path leads us through Záskočie into the saddle under Kúpeľ. When we move up to Kúpeľ, there a marked path goes under snow-white limestone cliffs, where are located caves, spires, rifts and bastions.
Approximately in the two thirds of length of climb this reef line is interrupted by a narrow rift, through which we go on the other side. Not far away there is the Strunga cave and above this we go through a big stone gate. After some meters the reef line finds its end and then we walk to the top of Zadná Poludnica. By stone slope we come over to Predná Poludnica and later we descend by yellow marked path to the east.
Just in the half of our descend we walk past another cave. Soon we reach cross-road of pathes in the saddle Rakytnica and from this point we aim to Liptovský Ján.
